Once you confirm, or the auto-release window passes with no dispute, the funds are released to the artisan or seller.
Something off? Open a dispute before release. Because the funds are still in escrow, we can refund you based on what actually happened, not who shouts loudest.

How does escrow actually protect me?
When you book an artisan or order from a seller, your payment is held by HiServe Hub, not sent straight to the provider. The money is released only when you confirm the work is done or the order has arrived, or when an auto-release window passes with no dispute. If something goes wrong, open a dispute while the funds are still held and we resolve it from the real transaction record.
When are funds released to the artisan or seller?
Funds release when you confirm you're happy with the job or delivery, or when the auto-release window shown at checkout passes without a dispute. Opening a dispute before release pauses the auto-release so we can review what happened.
Which Lagos areas can I book or shop in?
We open area by area across Lagos (Lekki, Ajah, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere and more) once the artisans and sellers there are verified. Join the waitlist and select your area to be notified the moment it goes live.
How are artisans and sellers verified?
Artisans submit their NIN and sellers add business documentation. We check the details against real records before anyone is listed. No verified ID, no badge, no bookings: that's the rule.
Are there fees, and who pays them?
Any applicable fees are disclosed at checkout before you authorize a payment, no hidden charges. Sellers' and artisans' commission terms are shown when they list, so everyone knows the deal up front.
How is my data handled?
We're NDPR-conscious: we collect only what we need to run bookings, orders, escrow, and verification, use it for those purposes, protect it with access controls and encryption in transit, and never sell it. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time.
What happens if something goes wrong with a booking or order?
Open a dispute in the app before the funds are released. Our team reviews the booking or order history and resolves it in good faith, refunding you or releasing to the provider based on what actually happened, not who reports first.
